Project Portfolio

Old North End

This renovation involved a complete redesign of the kitchen. With creative and efficient space planning we used the original kitchen footprint but doubled the storage and functionality of the space and packed each element with whimsy and personality. We refreshed the rest of the historic space with wallpaper, color and pattern that feels fresh and happy, just like the homeowners. We love the woodwork and detail found in these older homes.

Broadmoor Bluffs

Our clients had a clear vision for this transitional contemporary remodel with comfortable furniture pieces and edgy case-goods and accessories. Keeping the upstairs main living space neutral and cohesive, we punched up the color and drama in the basement lounge with rich color and pattern giving each space unique personality and drame.

Mountain Modern

The original details on this mid-century custom home pack a punch. Our objective was to highlight these original finishes while breathing new life into the primary living spaces. We redesigned the kitchen to neutralize all the warm tones of the house while creating better flow and functionality. We designed better storage solutions that worked for our clients lifestyle and were able to turn an awkward alcove into a show-stopping bar area perfect for entertaining..

Second street contemporary

For this renovation we took this modern 70s home down to the studs. We reconfigured some rooms to maximize the use of space and make the flow and usage more practical for this family of five. We loved creating a design that reflects the clients modern quirky style and meets their functional needs for years to come.

Maple Tudor

This Tudor home celebrates the traditional architectural details and millwork while adding modern sculptural lighting and furniture for a curated look. Various rooms introduce bold color and texture while still maintaining cohesion throughout the home.

Pourtales transitional

This 1970’s patio home needed a major renovation to open up the floor plan. By creating a larger footprint for a chefs kitchen, converting a bedroom into a den/home office. and renovating the primary suite and wrapping it in textured grasscloth we gave our clients the perfect setting for easy living in their retirement.
